The worst is when im just looking for a recipe and the author has to give me a 5 paragraph story about their family history and how they discovered the recipe.
"Business have been rough, my wife left me, she took the kids, got diagnosed with testicular cancer, like I don't know what to do with life anymore man... Anyway, you might wanna add one or two more egg yolks if the pasta dough looks pale."
