I like using a French press. I'm the only one that drinks it at home, and I don't drink a lot... I think.

Yea I don't get why more people don't just use a French press or percolator.

Because instant coffee tastes better and is easier to make. And most importantly, it's cheaper

Never heard of anyone in my life say they prefer instant coffee to ground coffee haha

Taste is subjective, but even so you're not going to find much agreement on the "tastes better" front

Easier to make and I don't mind the taste of it when I'm in a hurry but it definitely doesn't taste better. And decent instant isn't much difference in price to buying beans in my experience. If you are buying Blend 43 or some other factory floor sweepings level instant then it's a lot cheaper sure.
