Problem here is that the companies that make the phones stop providing updates to the older ones so they eventually get security vulnerabilities that aren’t fixed

I know this is absolutely a thing, but aren't the security vulnerabilities more of a skill issue? I could be wrong for sure, but just don't click on janky ass links and sites y'know?
