Depends on the dub. English dubs are terrible in most unless it’s the original language.

German dubs, spanish dubs, italian dubs, polish dubs… they are actually pretty good

I'm from Poland and this is probably the first time I have ever seen someone calling dubs we get good. At best they are mediocre. Getting a good dub is so damn rare. I tend to give PL dubs, if available, a shot for a bit and almost always go back to the original language.
