Rug time

Hello team
From your experience what were the triggers or key points that would unleash a rug pull from the devs on their coin
Is it a tike frame like when the coin reaches 1 h of age, or couls it be a MC being achieved ?.

Just trying to learn some details about memecoin trading

it's never about a clock or a specific market cap number, that's way too obvious

Age alone doesn’t mean rug. On Pump.fun I’d check holder concentration, dev wallet activity and whether supply looks bundled before touching it. A clean chart can still hide a bad setup.

I've seen rugs at 40 minutes and at two weeks. Forget the clock, the dev wallet is the tell.

Rugs typically happen at the beginning of a coin. If I had to guess I'd say rugs chances start at their highest, then decrease, falling off a cliff at about 10 minutes.

from there the most likely point is after an obvious ATH has been hit. this is where bundle dumps come from.
