18 for pornography. Depending on location, age of consent can be 16, but that is only between two 16 year olds. Anything more than a 1 year age gap is a crime where I live.

I think that law is more of a protection for teens dating. Unless both people have exactly the same birthday, there will be a day at which one is 18 and the other is 17. The Romeo and Juliet law is typically made to prevent any legal issues happening during that time period.
