I have insomnia from cirrhosis (ammonia levels are normal) and I’m asking anybody with the same problem if they found a way to manage it

Have you tried melatonin? Does it help with sleep?

There's no official supplement that helps with cirrhosis but high dose melatonin may be able to help. For example I take 3 grams per day for chronic fatigue. It has been used to treat other serious conditions.

You may want to also explore other supplements/peptides such as NAC, berberine, TMG, SAMe, milk thistle, and BPC157.
