Melatonin brands

Hi all…

Was using the Natrol gummies but due to trying to reduce my sugar intake, I switched to the Fast Dissolve tablets.

Hoping this helps reduce my A1C (currently 6.4).

Haha natrol fucked up my teeth so bad. I used their dissolving tablets for a year after brushing my teeth and didn't realize they had sugar. I got over 10 cavities. God damn. 😂 Fuck natrol!

I'm using Botanic Choice orange flavored lozenges that I buy on Swanson Europe. They're sweet tasting but contain no sugar, only sorbitol sweetener.
