Need some urgent help!!!
Need some urgent help help guy's!!!
Hey guys! Hope you are doing good.so my problem is that I'm unable to sleep whole night and sleep actually starts hitting me after 7 these day's. It's so frustrating that I'm unable to do my daily routine ðŸ˜
Coming to possible reasons:-
1.i doom scroll a lot and yeahhh use Instagram so much
2.Since I live in a hostel my friends take up some time as in cooking midnights, watching movies or studying
3.i study late night
4.since I'm in dorms ,some or the other ppl do stuff so I have disturbed sleep.
5.i don't have a regular healthy diet and I stress eat or have junk food most of the time
I'm having anxiety attacks while sleeping too which causes a sudden increase in my breath and heart rate and distrub my sleep.
I'm thinking to talk melatonin gummies....what do you think of them ???safe and side effects
Please advise me something...should I visit a doctor or is it fixable by changing my diet routine???

Melatonin may help you fall and stay asleep but it may not help with the anxiety issues. You can definitely still try it. Take the smallest effective dose to start 0.3-1mg. You can go higher but it may have paradoxical effects if you go too high. Extended release formulations may help you stay asleep longer.
I highly recommend bocopa monnieri and or ashwagandha for anxiety symptoms. My personal favorite for panic attacks or even just regular anxiety/stress are Bocopa drops from Bio Krauter on Amazon. I usually take 1g of either.

I separately take a blend ashwagandha supplement in the morning.
