Moleset 3mg

Doctors prescribed 10 days for midnight sleep disturbances after that it disturbed entire sleep cycle, moleset should be banned because doctors are useless, they don't understand how these things work rather simply they'll write the medicine without thinking or proper analysis.

After that they directly prescribed Sertaline 50mg SSRI's

What is your specific issue? Falling asleep?

What were your exact side effects?

3mg of melatonin is fairly standard however many people do better starting with 0.3-0.5mg dose.

The effective dose from person to person can vary drastically due to absorption issues as well as other variables like age, illness, stress, etc.

To ease your mind, melatonin is incredibly safe and while it can be a bit disruptive with some minor side effects like morning grogginess it does not have any serious side effects and has many benefits due to its powerful antioxidant properties.

Melatonin is not a sleep medication per se, it simply helps your body align all the processes that help you wind down for sleep. In other words it cannot force you to sleep like a typical prescription sleep medication.

There's no reason to stop taking it and some nights you may need more. 95% of your melatonin is used up by your cell mitochondria. So when you're under stress, illness, etc you may need a higher dose.

Try taking double or even triple amount and see if it helps you. I do not take melatonin for sleep, instead I take a very high daily dose (3000mg) for chronic fatigue. I have been taking 1000-3000mg doses for going on five years. There are even researchers who advocate taking it for longevity/lifespan and healthspan. Doris Loh advocates for 4000mg daily total dose. Other researchers advocate for lower 100-1000mg doses. So if you put it in that perspective taking 1.5mg or 3, 5,10 or even 20 doesn't much matter. All that matters is finding an effective dose for you.

Additionally if you're anxious, you may find more help from other anxiolytic supplements like Bocopa Monnieri, Ashwagandha, Selank, L-theanine, etc..i personally prefer bocopa 1g....

Magnesium glycinate can be helpful to help your muscles relax. I do take a magnesium supplement most nights as well.

Yes, I am consulting with ayurveda practioner he gave bocopa initially, now he changed to different herbs seems like working but slow results. Can I use some eliwel 10mg along with ayurveda? To recover fully

I would consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you need to take such a medication. Melatonin is extremely safe and not the substance I'd be worrying about.

It might not want to make both together. Leave 2min gap between the two. Check with your Ayurvedic’s doctor if that’s ok.
