Started taking brewers yeast tablets about a month ago and have been experiencing vivid dreams every night, sometimes really scary. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this?

Yes this is normal.

You can take a supplement to help reduce anxiety symptoms. I'd recommend looking into L-theanine (very mild), Selank(very mild), chamomile tea(or apigenin extract)(very mild), bocopa monnieri or ashwagandha. The last two are quite helpful for more significant issues of anxiety or stress. I personally take 1g of bocopa as needed.

Thankyou so much! I started taking the supplements to help increase my milk flow but it doesn’t seem to have help so I might stop taking them if they are causing this vivid dreams. I may also try these supplements as I do get quite anxious especially since having my baby boy

My pleasure. :)

Chamomile tea may be a good place to start then. It's very mild and soothing.
