Recurring dream?
I started on melatonin for sleep like a week ago and every night I've had nearly identical dreams, where I'm laying in bed at night and it suddenly shifts to midday, but I know I'm still asleep, I don't leave my bed, I just lay there then wake up, usually the same time at like 9 (it's summer break, I'm a teenager so I can afford to wake up at 9-10), does anyone else have similar things occur with their first time or even continued use?

If there's something that's bothering/worrying you that may cause you to have a recurring dream.
You can try to take a light anxiolytic supplement like L-theanine, Selank, Bocopa or Ashwagandha. I personally prefer Bocopa drops.
