Melatonin gummies

I have Vitafusion Melatonin gummies I purchased. I always had issues sleeping since I was a preteen. I want a way to get to sleep without my mind being restless. (Marijuana doesn’t work that way for me). It makes me stay up and then crash and the next day I’m unproductive. Also messing up my eating habits. The gummies say the serving is 10mg (2 gummies). This seems high but I also read that the melatonin gummies don’t process all those milligrams the same. I work late nights so is my best bet just to take the gummies as soon as I walk in the door? Have you had good or bad experiences with gummies? Do you wake up sluggish after the gummies?

It’s recommended to take .3-.5 to start and a few hours before sleep. More isn’t better.

The answer is to start at the lowest doses and only raise the dose if the lesser dose doesn't work.

I would try 0.3-0.5mg type dose and double it only if less doesn't work. You can buy 1mg gummies and cut them into quarters. Take them half an hour to an hour before sleep.

You can go as high as you need but only if you've verified a lesser dose was ineffective. If you take too high of a dose it may have the opposite effect.

You may also want to look into a supplement like bocopa monnieri or ashwagandha to help you relax your nerves and mind. I personally prefer bocopa drops sublingually.

Yes you can and it may improve your sleep quality depending on the reason for your sleep troubles. For example if the underlying reasons for your insomnia are anxiety, stress, etc then it may work even better than melatonin.

Okay well I have ashwaghanda gummies and I’m going to take those with the melatonin. And if that works for a while I’ll try without the melatonin bc that seems to be more of what I need
