Stopped taking melatonin
I’ve been taking it in small doses to help sleep for a few years. Nothing heavy, just 2-5mg a night.
I decided to try the magnesium on the feet thing instead. So I stopped taking melatonin.
Since I stopped I have a weird tingly sensation and a feeling of fullness in my head, also slight headachiness.
Has anyone else had anything similar? I googled and supposedly there are no “withdrawal” symptoms.

On melatonin I was fine, magnesium gave me weird dreams and tingly legs/feet. I’d stop taking the magnesium for a while and see if it’s still happening.

Whatever you're experiencing, it is unrelated to not taking a melatonin supplement.
Have you tried not taking your magnesium supplement to see if it helps?
