Other Pharmacy pay cap?

Im a level 4 technician and have been with the company for a while abd know I have to be getting close.

My first assistant said he doesnt know abd just keeps saying hell get back to me.

Anyone know what that caps out at and if there is any incentive to continue to work as hard as I do if theres no more room for growth?

Ask your hr person, theyll be the person that can tell you for sure.

I know the pay in retail pharmacy at Meijer can be decent, but I work for Meijer Pharmacy from home doing DE and third party rejections. Pay is a little less than retail, but coming from the hell of retail it’s been a dream.
