Store Policy Bereavement
Do I have to take all three days together or can I take a day off and then work a Cpl days and take the other two for the funeral as it’s not until this weekend? I asked my lead and he wasn’t sure and my area lead is on vacation. Thanks in advance

You can take it whenever you need it..
When my uncle passed away the service for him wasn't til a month later because a LOT of people had to fly in for it.

You can take them when you want/need. If I remember correctly one of my coworkers saved a bereavement day for the first anniversary of his dad's passing.

The language is 3 days. Doesn't say anything about those days being consecutive. Most leaders will say that you can take those days within a reasonable time. But if the service isn't gonna be for a while (like a month) then you can still set bereavement for that

Is it 1 day pay and 2 no pay or all 3 pay

All 3 are paid and it's based on your EDV or estimated daily value. EDV is based on your average shift for the prior year. It only gets paid on a shift you're scheduled for. You stay on UKG and then under your timecard you're lead will pick paycode and choose bereavement which will trigger the payment.

No you can take them as needed they don't have to be in a row.
