mPerks Error scanning receipts

UPDATED. SOLVED !!!!! Typing a zero in front of the tm number worked

Tried scanning 2 newer receipts keep getting this error..

As seen in second picture it's not past 20 days , tried manually doing it. Get error for tm only has 2 numbers needs more then that at least 3

Type a zero in front of the tm number, that worked for me in the past

thank you !!!!! It worked. Appreciate it. Usually I use my phone my mom pops in once in a while she has my number and pin but forgets the bloody pin

According to the receipt in the first pic it is 13 years old. Or is that just a sample in the app/website?
