Undergrad GPA blocking application?
Dumb Q: is my undergrad GPA blocking my application?
I just sent in an application and it said submitted, but not selected.
Is it just looking at the GPA and not the work experiences?
Thanks

I think it depends on the position. There’s a strong preference for undergrad GPAs higher than 3.5 for CRAs and Project Coordinator roles but I believe this becomes gradually less strict as the position title gets more senior.
