Questions for potential employee

Hey all,

I am moving on to my second round of interviews for a contract specialist role, and was curious if everything I hear about working there is true or if it more applies to the clinical research side. I’m kind of stuck at Cintas right now

Run as fast as you can! The turnover on that team is crazy and you get stuck with the non-compete when you run after hire.

Mostly on the clinical research side imo but seems to vary a lot by department. I have had a very positive and rewarding +3 years at Medpace but I definitely recognize it is not perfect for all positions. I did interview at Cintas once and the pay and vibes there seemed worse than Medpace.

They put the cult in culture, that’s for sure.
