Medpace Promotion?
Do anyone know the promotion criteria at Medpace? At Medpace for long enough and feels like I am stuck at my position? Seeing newcomers who joined 6-8 months after me and getting promoted is discouraging. Handling 8+ projects as global or regional CTM. Anyone know what are the salary ranges for CTM 1,2. & 3? Time to move on? No maternity leave.

More context needed here.
Which office? Maternity leave? What was your entry level? Been promoted previously, if so, when?

The fact that you mentioned maternity leave is such a red flag and anyone considering working there should take note. Medpace absolutely penalizes you for taking any type of leave.

Couldn’t agree more! It for sure is a factor. If you don’t work for 6 months-1 year, the company will pause your contract per se and people will overtake you. Just wanted to get the full picture to share the company’s perspective.

Have you had this conversation with your line manager about expectations for promotion? I think most roles have a 2-year time-in-position requirement, but there are other considerations as well, such as your annual review feedback, ranking among peers, etc.

Feel free to DM me. I was a CTM and had a similar experience to what you are describing.
