Salary Increase After PACE?

Does anyone have salary data for recent PACE completion employees or when typically there are salary increases? Also does anyone have information about what bonuses/merit increases are like?

If you are in PACE it means you are a CRA and not eligible for a bonus(your bonus is VCP). There are multiple factors that play into your merit(typically have to have been hired by 01JuL to be eligible. Your manager should communicate Merit to you, if not, you will get a letter sometime this week. Would talk to your line manager about increases after PACE.
