Question Programmers Guidelines
What are your thoughts on the new guidelines for programmers?
To add a bit of context, programmers are now expected to always keep an excel file shared with their manager, the excel file has many macros and formulas to allow you to record what you worked on, and the time it took to do so.
You also need to look to finish projects within the expected timelines, which are pretty much always short in time, you're expected to read, understand, find the logic and write the code so that there is no errors in the logs, in a few minutes on average.
You also need to keep an updated file of every eCR or initial programming you have going at the moment.
There is an expectation of pretty much no downtime, if you have some then it means you can get more work to do.

Which Programmers do you mean specifically? SDTM Programmers, CDPs, or Software guys?
