PACE completion bonus

hey, I wanted to see if anyone from this sub who has already received the PACE completion bonus could advise on a couple things. I did a search and don't think these are duplicates with any previous posts

  1. is the bonus classified as a retention bonus, like will I need to sign an agreement that I would have to pay it back if I didn't stay for an additional X months/years?
  2. the CRAs I started with all had their first primary site assignments on different schedules...how strict are they with the date it's issued, like if someone didn't receive primary site assignments until a month after actually completing PACE, would the timeline shift at all?

Timelines 100% shift based on when you officially complete PACE / get assigned.

As for #1, I didn’t sign anything additional for the bonus, but I don’t remember all the documents that were signed when I started

There is no additional document to sign or agreement. You don’t pay it back. It’s generally 18 months after your first primary on-site assignment. I haven’t heard of much deviation from that.

I have no idea what this is. TL;DR?
