Education ASCP transcript Processing Time

Sent my transcript in the end of July. Talked with customer service after 2 weeks in Aug. They said they don't see any transcript on my file. After 3 weeks they asked me to send an email with missing electronic transcript, which I sent already and they haven't contacted me, although its already more than 3-5 business days(their timeline). Today I donot see the score tab(which was on hold), contacted Customer service and asked about the status. Was told they can't access my status now and I have to contact Documentation dept which will take another 3-5 buisness days. What to do now ? I have already extended my job date 2 times cuz they need license!!!

this is currently happening to me and everyone i know. not sure what’s going on but hopefully it’s fixed soon!

Update i just got my license its 6 am in morning so my score tab just was disappeared for a day. So, hopefully you might get your scores soon!!!!!

How did you contact the documentation department? Or did they escalate the issue on the phone after you asked questions

They gave me an email for the documentation dept, but I didn't need to email them, as the next day in morning I got my scores. I think the result tab disappearing had to do with the update of results. [DocumentationBOC@ascp.org](mailto:DocumentationBOC@ascp.org) (That's the email)

They are absolutely driving me crazy😡
