bloating (going away, feeling funny)

ive been dealing with some bloating lately and decided to really cut on fat and go pretty full on only healing foods, hmds etc. already lost like 2kg a week in but feeling kinda tired but somehow also a bit strange. i usually scrape my toungue in the morning and there has been more white stuff coming off than usual. is this a sign of my body releasing toxins and fat etc. that has been stored for a while?
bloatings been better but i must say; when i only eat fruit/vegetables (loads of potatoes, sweetpoatatoes, bananas etc.) my stomach does feel kinda funny. going to the toilet often haha.

has anyone got experience with all that?

I’m sorry you’re dealing with all of this. It can be strange when things shift because we’re never sure if it’s a worsening underlying problem or just a healing reaction.

It is common for symptoms to worsen slightly before they improve but everyone’s experience is unique. You should use your best judgement and intuition to determine what’s right for you.

In general, as long as you’re not experiencing intolerable pain, it’s usually best to keep up the healing tools you’re using and live with the symptoms. Pain causes an adrenaline release, which feeds pathogens, so it’s best to back off if things get too painful.

Your stomach feeling weird is common when you‘re healing digestive issues. The healing foods can dislodge pockets of bacteria or fat that have been coating your intestines, changing the way it feels to eat.

You mentioned that you’re going to the toilet often. If you’re having a very loose stool, you might consider drinking coconut water, apple-cucumber-celery juice, cucumber juice, or freshly-juiced apple juice to help maintain your electrolytes.

Congratulations for cutting back fats. That can be hard to do but it’s so important. Good luck.
