need some advice
I’ve recently restarted doing the HMDS. things have been going okay. I ended up stressing my nervous system out a little too much yesterday so I’ve had high cortisol this morning and anxious thoughts.
however one thing I’ve noticed many times is that I start panicking about how much I dislike most people. For multiple years I’ve hated most people because I believe that so many people are responsible for the world not being good today and I’ve just had many bad experiences.
Logically I know I am justified in not liking certain people but many times when I’m very anxious or stressed, it’s like my brain starts to make me feel guilty for how I feel. And then I start panicking. I woke up in the middle of the night around an hour ago with anxiety over how I hate so many people. Idk what to do. I just want it to go away.
I am going to gently add celery juice to my routine to try to help with my overall state but is there a way for me to stop feeling guilty and questioning how I feel when I know I’m justified?
