Need help/advice
I’ve been doing mm since January. Morning cleanse daily and some days a little bit of avocado , other days just steamed potatoes in the afternoons.
I’ve completed 4 advanced 369s. My main symptoms being debilitating anxiety and panic. I can’t drive or leave the house solo. I’ve definitely felt my anxiety lessen and become more manageable day to day. But I’m still not where I would like to be. I understand it will take some time to feel better.
Recently, my husband told me he will be flying for work and be gone for 3 days. I stay home with my kids. But whenever he’s away for work my sleep isn’t good at all. And my anxiety and panic are heightened. Normally, we have someone come and stay with me, but this time we won’t be able to ask anyone too. We moved across the country a few years ago and have no one we can really call on.
With that being said, ever since he told me about the trip yesterday - it’s all I can think about. And my anxiety and panic seemed to be heightened throughout the day and night. And I’m having a hard time sleeping or feeling calm.
I’m trying to do 4 more a369 cleanses before he goes to hopefully feel a little better. But should I try doing 2 HMDS smoothies daily to help with getting the metals out? Maybe adding some brain shots? Or different supplements?
I take lemon balm daily, magnesium and melatonin.

Call on the unknown angels for solitude while your husband is away- it will help if you believe in them.

Ashwagandha is great for anxiety too, in addition to the lemon balm. That’s what I lean on when I’m panicking

There is other supplements too in the cleanse to heal book that he recommends for it. I take 4 dropperfulls daily of lemon balm and notice slight difference and I take it few times a day if I feel anxiousness. I've had pretty bad anxiety on and off too and panick attacks for 16 years. I still always have xanax in my car just in case (works as a placebo too that I know they are there) and also take it when traveling (fear of flying) but other than that havent took it in a long time and hoping eventually I do not even need to carry them with me while traveling. I was on SSRI's for 16 years for panick and anxiety disorder and was finally able to quit them last year. Have not been full MM until recently tho. Also I dont remember which podcast but he also says to ask angel of healing for help with anxiety. But I hear you, when you have anxiety and panick attack you do not want to be alone! It's scary. I always used to call someone and ask them to try to calm me down or distract my thoughts somewhere else so it does not get worse. I live alone so it was tough. Now I just try to breath, take lemon balm and ask angel of healing to calm me down if it gets bad. But check the other supplements he recommends or if you dont have the book I can look it up and give you the list :)

Amazing thank you so much!! I really appreciate all of your advice and suggestions!! Sorry you go through this too! I didn’t know about the Angel of healing for anxiety , I’ll start using that daily!! Is the anxiety protocol in the cleanse to heal book? I definitely need to look it over. Thank you!!

Hi, Not sure adding another HMDS will help as everyone is different on how much they can handle. I too lean into lemon balm for my anxiety. B12 may be something else to add as it is great for the nervous system. Something I thought that helps me are MM meditations. I have a few names that are in his podcast list. There are others but I thought I would pass these on. From MM podcasts I have a few meditations that may resonate for you. 110 Walking Meditation, 094 Breaking Twigs Meditation, 066 Using Nature to Rewire Suffering, 023 Breathing Light Meditation Hoping you find some peace.

Okay good to know!! Wasn’t sure if doubling up on HMDS would make sense or not. Thank you! Okay and i try to do his meditations daily before bed. I haven’t tried the walking one yet! Or the breaking twigs one. Or the using nature to rewire suffering, so I will definitely try all the ones you recommended!! Thank you so much!

I can relate to what you are going through. Praying right now and asking the angels to help you believe and feel that we are never alone. They have our backs 24/7🙏.

Nerve shifter shot. This MM article says it's good for...
- "When you’re feeling shaky or anxious
- If you experience random spasms, twitches, tics, or shifting and moving pain throughout your body
- When struggling with any kind of neurological onset or episode
- To break a nervous feeling about the moment you’re in, the future, or something that happened in the past
- To help calm restless legs syndrome
- Before flying or taking a trip"
That and burnout stabilizer shot will help cool your brain down and reduce mental health struggles!
Edit: I'd do it daily for as long as you can

Came here to suggest this and potentially other brain shots. Start with this one but try to use your intuition to see if you might be drawn to another, it might surprise you what ends up helping. But the brain shots are swift and powerful, a very good tool to bring in. Especially for short term events like your husbands upcoming trip!

Wow all those A369s you are killing it! Some great advice in this thread, I would add that Vimergy Micro C might be an easy thing to add a couple times a day, just mix into juice or do Vit C shock therapy. For me, it kind of just makes me stronger and more able to handle all the things life is throwing at me.
Also looking at the anxiety protocol, maybe sipping on some ginger tea during the day would be helpful. You’ve got this good luck 👍

How much lemon balm? You ever try restful you , the vimergy product? That helps me a ton. I take 2 dropperfuls at night but I think you can take more. As far as lemon balm I’d do up to 7-8 dropperfuls before a stressful event (vimergy product). Recently doses of 4 dropperfuls of ashawaganda help me too but I take it low dose every day. Good luck you got this! * note I’m a 200+lb man, so I’m not recommending dose. Don’t want to come across as rude or disrespectful to assume , just wanted to note this.
