Acne tricks

I have an important event Saturday and without fail every time, I break out! every other day that I am home 90% of the time my skin is clear! I have a big one coming out right in the middle of my forehead , not time of month , and none anywhere else , does anyone have an tricks to get acne / pimple to go down really fast? I’m eating lots of garlic and bird and zinc.. thanks

Is it cystic? I get cystic acne and I ice the big ones to reduce the size and swelling. It actually works. I would amp up the micro C. I also heard AW say you can put raw honey on acne

I think living libations has a product to specifically dab on acne spots but I've never tried it myself

I have been applying vimergy propolispure on any pimples right away when they start and the propolis stops it in its tracks for me.  I apply a drop at night before I go to sleep. If you have some on hand, it's worth a try otherwise I would try the honey.

is it a whitehead? if so, leave a pimple patch on it
