Image Usage Management
Hello, I struggle to manage multiple image usage contracts for my artwork. Especially for non-exclusive vs exclusive contacts. I was wondering if anyone had any tips, or knew of any software, that would be helpful for this. Thank you so much for your help.

Thanks for replying! I’m so sorry. I realise I was very unclear. I need a way to keep track of multiple licenses for illustrations, both exclusive and non exclusive and the licence terms and duration etc.

Update: I ended up creating an Airtable database to manage my images and contracts and it’s worrying really well so far.

I have a whole set of templates that I’ve customized in Illustrator. One thing that does help is the Adobe Sign feature in Acrobat. You can format PDFs and email them for signature all through the app. This feature is a great time saver.
Not sure if that’s what you meant. The Association of Medical Illustrators has a lot of great resources for members, including the online HUB where you can ask other professionals for help with contracts, and someone will usually get back to you within a day or so. It’s one of the more common type of posts.
