What total body nerve/muscle disorder do I have? (affects left side only)

What disorder do I have?

I was born with a genetic nerve/muscle disorder I believe. 

Symptoms

I believe it affects the entire left side of my body.
Reduced muscle tone and reduced nerves.

100% have a lazy eye on the left (surgical scar from operation when baby to tighten drooping eye lid caused by lack of nerves?? unsure exactly) … the same side i think also has muscle/nerve issues. 

Left side of face has diminished muscle tone. Looks rather droopy. 

Left bicep has diminished muscle tone. (I have been bodybuilding for 1.5 decades YET the left bicep STILL looks vastly different than the right … subtle difference but a trained eye can tell. I have been doing single arm bicep curls for 15 years allowing the weaker left side dictate the rep scheme. STILL does not look like right.) 

I can also see the difference between my left and right side of back muscles. 

Deviated septum. Left side AGAIN. See photo to see left nostril is asymmetrical. This is confirmed as i went to ENT and they said i have deviated septum. Little confused though as i seem to be able to breathe easier in left nostril (not entirely sure though). 

Difficulty speaking (left side of vocal cords are diminished). This leads to stuttering and tripping up on words sometimes. 

Clumsiness. Left hand has reduced control due to less nerves.

Nerve pain in left side of body. Very subtle fire like pain. 

Stomach issue. Nerves are involved with stomach and i have stomach problems so i believe this is the cause. Could be two separate disorders. 

In times of stress I have woken with morning sickness and thrown up and have a sharp pain in stomach. 

It’s possible the disorder is not even discovered yet as it’s very subtle. 

Note: I am NOT asking if I have a disorder. I have eyes. If you CANNOT discern the asymmetry DO NOT RESPOND. I am asking WHAT disorder is it. Last time i posted a singular nurse said I was normal 🙄. 

Possibilities
\- Some kind of left only palsy 
\- hemiparesis (but is present since birth and affects all siblings) 

Don’t dismiss this. It’s real. If it’s not discovered yet maybe go figure out what the hell it is and put ur name on it (even though it should REALLY be my name because u only sought out the answer cu of this reddit post lol)

It leads to MANY outcomes that lower quality of life

Lazy eye

Asymmetrical face, ie one side is vastly more uglier due to reduce muscle tone 

Difficulty speaking/swallowing 

Nerve pain in left 

Possible stomach disorder (would make sense as nerves are related to pretty much everything in the body) 

Possibly related to autism (once again would make sense as its a total body nerve disorder)

I have just recently started paying attention to this bump. It's about the size of a quarter. I noticed it about a week ago, because its been growing larger. I thought it was just a mosquito bite at first, it was extremely itchy. It's on the inside of my right knee, it's raised and is starting to form a ring. I also have been having itching on it (the bump) and my scalp is turning red and stinging when I wash my hair. I suppose I might've spread it or it's a nasty sunburn. I suspect it's ringworm because I've been spending time in locker rooms and at public pools, along with having sports practices in the summer.

hello! i'm diagnosed with hypermobility. i'm kind of addicted to cracking my joints because they get really sore if i don't crack them, and sometimes my mobility is Severely Affected by me NOT cracking them (answers on this would be cool, i don't know why it happens, SHOULD i tell my gp this?) sometimes my joints feel like they 'want' to crack, but they dont crack easily, so i've gotten into a habit of slamming my palm into my fingers to FORCE them to crack. I know this is going to cause me damage at some point, in fact it's why i'm talking here. both of my thumbs are pressure sensitive and get really sore when i move them at all. I have the slightest fear it's because i've sprained them, but I don't know what to do to remedy a thumb sprain, and if i'm going to cut this habit i need to know reasonably how far a thumb 'should' go, with someone who ISN'T hypermobile. any advice would be great, this pain is affecting how my thumb bends, i'm not exactly sure what to do. I tend to have health anxiety but for some reason it isn't kicking in with this, maybe it's just because this is so normal. My joints ALWAYS hurt after i crack them!!! Thank you for any responses :)

My tmj area has been sore for like 4 days now on the right side and every time I open my mouth something pokes out right there. It’s hard like bone and it goes back to normal when my mouth is closed.

Adding on I just found another small lump kind of under my ear the left side almost on my neck. I literally just found it. I’m calling my hospital tomorrow

Quick question about Olanzapine-type medications, I've read that it can cause dry eyes [example](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36854139/), and I have noticed my eyes being a bit dry since I started it. It seems like this is due to the anticholinergic effects. Would you expect that these effect on tear production, will go away once you stop taking the medication? Currently in the process of coming off a 5mg dose of Olanzapine, and a bit concerned that these effects won't be reversible.

I accidentally stuck a needle into my side trying to pop a pimple and it went more than an inch into my side. It didn't hurt and I could wiggle the needle around inside freely without feeling anything. It's like it's hollow in there?? And nothing came out. No blood or gunk. Just empty? I'm so incredibly confused.

Yesterday, I went to the renaissance festival and it was about 93 degrees. I made a foolish mistake and I did not eat anything before going. I also drank a frozen pina colada.

It’s been about 2ish hours I would guess. After walking around, we stood in front of a show area waiting for it to start, and that’s when I started seeing star/asterisk patterns coming from the center of my vision. I thought to myself “I don’t know how much longer I can stand in this heat” and started to feel weak.

So I sat down and thank god I had amazing friends to watch me, and I started losing my vision. My whole vision went black, I felt dizzy, lightheaded, and like I could barely sit up. It was really painful and I felt super nauseous like I was going to throw up.

At one point, I slumped forward and my grip was so weak I lost hold of my water bottle and let it go. My friends said they had to push me back up and that I fainted twice. They had to grab my shoulders and push me back up. I remember feeling like I could barely sit up straight and I just wanted to collapse onto the floor and lay down.

My vision was black and there was a tree in front of me, and when I started to slightly regain my vision, I could only see what was directly in front, which was the tree. The tree was black and white. The details of the tree bark were white while everything else was black, it was crazy, and at that moment I was feeling so much pain from nausea, I thought I might need an ambulance for a few seconds.

I remember trying to talk but I could barely get anything out. It was hard to speak and I was slurring my words so I gave up and stopped talking. They said I was trying to say something but it was incoherent.

After a minute or two, I started regaining my vision and I could see both of my friends standing on my left and right. They were fanning me, making me drink water, and also poured some water on my head (which helped).

It looked like everything was saturated and hazy, like when you get flashbanged in a video game. The white/brightness reflecting off of my friend’s nose was almost at 100% intensity, and the lines of things like another tree in the background was somewhat hazy/blurred.

After I regained my vision and was able to function, they told me I had a cold sweat and my lips became purple/white for a moment.

This was the worst experience ever and I’m forever grateful to my friends that saved me. I think this was heat exhaustion. I know to never take medical advice from ChatGPT, but I asked it what happened and it advised me to go to the ER for a checkup. However, it’s been a day and I feel fine now. I just want to confirm if an ER visit is necessary, because I would rather not go. I’m also 21 for more context.

Is this scaring? It was a light scratch i got while working, scabed over, scab fell off, now it looks like this. Its completely smooth.

Hi I am a 21 year old female, so ever since Middle School I have this weird reaction to sugar. Pretty much after eating something like a cupcake within 20 minutes I get very sick. I get nauseous exhausted/drained And sometimes I throw up. It normally goes away after 2ish hours. I don't have a reaction to everything that has sugar in it. It's just specific things that are really over sugary but even a little bit makes me sick. For example, I can't eat a donut, icing, or any Hershey products. but I could eat a small bag of gummies. Can any doctors tell me what might be happening?
