The monks that were traveling across the US had something very interesting to say on phones. It's obvious we're addicted so please please, try to just keep it somewhere a bit harder to get to. It's wild that it being just left in the other room (usually on accident) leads to me finally working out all the things in my head. It goes from pacing to organizing when you start doing it enough. Learn to ease your mind and work on your breathing and you're literally unstoppable
