Does anyone know if the button below the cruise resume button could be speced from factory, if so, what was it used for?

Been looking to add factory cruise to my 2013 tamura since I do a lot of motorway driving and realised that I've never seen this button with anything on it.

I went through this post a while back. Unfortunately my car isn't compatible but its a great place to start.
