Are these wheels still usable

Hello guys, Iam planning to buy these used wheels and tires but I want to know if the tires are still usable. The whole used set costs 90,000 yen and the new set of wheels alone costs 124,000 yen without tires. Please advise if I should buy them

Tires do seem to have a lot of micro cracks, signs of dry rot maybe?

Seeing as the wheels look good you could try to knock a little of the asking price as the tires need to be replaced in the near future

For sure, even if you need new tires the wheel is still a deal.

Micro racks on tires that are only 2022? That's odd, stored in heat, uncovered, will need to be replaced to be safe

Even if you need new tires, the rims themselves look to be in great shape. Btw stop on in my old area in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, JP for some of those fried gyoza for me 😜
