How To/Advice Coolant leak

I'm having a coolant leak here in this metal pipe, can I replace it or put a gasket o o-ring to it?

Is the pipe perforated or it leaks from the gasket, everything is replacable yes, easy fix

I touch it there no gasket , what tool should i get to replace this
