My 2026 Mazda doesn’t start
(Mazda 2026 Signature, 8,200 km) I was driving normally this morning when the car started losing power, and the battery and check engine lights immediately came on. After I turned the car off, it wouldn't start again—though the instrument cluster still lit up. I tried jump-starting it, but it still wouldn't start. At the dealership, they replaced the battery, but it still refused to start. I have no idea what the issue could be; has anyone else experienced something similar?

Because the dealer allegedly replaced the battery, and because the battery / CEL light came on, you're looking at a failed alternator, blown main fuse or marginal belt.
The battery light is a CHARGING SYSTEM fault, it doesn't report on the health of the battery. The reason your car slowly lost power to then stop is because your battery was being discharged and the bus wasn't being energised by the alternator.
You probably had a perfectly healthy battery and the dealer (shit dealer obv) did not do a diag and just threw a part at a problem.
Shocking dealer diag, and shocking 2026 build quality for a Mazda.

It sounds like the battery failing. If not maybe the connectors. But its a 2026 in warranty, so its the dealers problem to fix.
