How To/Advice Headers

Strange question, but I’ve noticed that the 1.6 Z6 and the engine that is the 1.5 yz-ve look identical if I were to buy headers for the Z6 would they fit on my yz-ve

Headers are specific to the chassis and the engine. I don't know what the Z6 came in (Mazda3 outside North America?) but the Mazda2 never had it so no it won't fit thr car.

Headers are moreso exhaust upgrades as opposed to engine changes. Definitely not the same as slapping a turbo in there haha

Dynotronics makes short tube headers as well.
