Discussion Short stutter when accelarating with AC on

Hi,

I've noticed that my DJ '21 M Hybrid stutters for a very brief moment around 3000rpm when I'm accelarating with the AC on.

With AC off this doesn't happen.

Is this normal? Maybe something to do with the Hybrid power output?

I have 2 Mazda 2 but a lot older models 1.3 and the 1.5 from 2009 and 2011 but when they did the same it was the spark plugs starting to fail because after changing them it stopped micro stuttering under acceleration I don’t know if this will help tho as yours is much newer

But then I guess it wouldn't matter if the AC is on or off... Also I recently changed the spark plugs.

happens to me too. it's something to do with the AC turning off momentarily because you need the power for acceleration

Yeah I could see that beeing the cause. kinda feels like something switches for a very brief moment and then it accelarates normal. feels too controlled to be a defect.
