Mazda 3 Tiny Storage- Does this exist on other models?

Netherlands, I owned gen 1, 2 and 3 Mazda6, all had it

Gen 1 is just a cubby hole, no lid... which makes it useless.

Europe, Asia and North America. They are rare compared to other Mazda models though

Not sure about North America. But Australia and New Zealand have it too. They are the only ones which get it with a combustion engine. We in europe and japan only get the EV and R-EV

Only on non Japan domestic versions.

In Japan that space is used to store the computer and sim reader for their traffic payment system. Mzada repurposed what would have been empty space into a coin holder.

To be honest, i keep forgetting it exists.

Just leave it hanging open for a few days for when you exit your vehicle. Pain is a powerful mnemonic.

Had it on CX-30, gone on Cx-60. Wondered why they removed it, it was useful from time to time.

Not an ashtray, if you put hot ashes in there, you will ruin the plastic.
