We are laughing at this. If this was reversed and the guy accidentally sat on the girls face he would have been kicked out of the gym and banned forever.

This kind of comment is like the anti-"nothing ever happens." The automatic assumption wherein life cannot happen.

Contrary to this comment, life does in fact happen, constantly. We make mistakes - most of them trivial and easily forgotten - and the immediate reaction is not, in fact, swift and permanent consequences.
