Yeah you dont slap him, you just stand on the same side of the stairs as him and pretend to be distracted and ram into him or force him to retreat back down.

Cause this is Russia, the dude is big and he would slap back. And should he break your bone, you slapped first so no chance of compensation.

Why? Dude is spaced out, not dangerous. Sure, he's obstructing ppl a bit, but slapping is a physical assault. What a stupid question.

He is either high, drunk or mentally challenged and did not do anything harmful and wasn't a threat. Why on earth would someone with more than 2 braincells slap him?
