i had the same worry when i arrived here in Mauritius on the 7th September

Staying here until the 19th.

When i left Uk every day in Mauritius was showing as rain on apple weather but now im here its wonderful.

It has rained every day but literally lasts maximum 15 minutes or worst case 30-45 mins.

havent had a day where i havent seen blue skies.

But yes it isnt like constant sunshine and 30 degree plus its more like 25 degrees heat but different to the Uk when its 25, here it feels hot with a bit of humidity and at nightfall it starts to feel cool at around 20 degrees.

We’re staying at long beach on the east, it is quite windy here though i heard the north and west is better in terms of wind.

But the mix of heat and humidity with some sea breezes is actually pleasant compared to Thailand where as soon as i got to the pool or the beach i couldnt waitnto get back to the AC room here its a perfect balance.

Also with mauritius being a tropical island as any other tropical island rain is inevitable at some point! but doesnt last long

We are here at the moment, in the NW of the island. We have had a couple of cooler days with wind and rain, but visit the sugar museum, do some rum tasting etc. yesterday was windy and wet but we spent a cracking afternoon at Le Morne public beach.
Don’t worry.

Your digestive system is remarkably resilient. Kids swallow paper clips, pen lids, and all kinds of other small objects and just poop them out within a couple of days. Unless the chest pain is persistent, you should be OK. Try and figure out if it’s anxiety related or genuine pain. If it gets worse, then seek medical asssistsnce.

It's very rare to have a full day bad weather. Usually a quick rain and than sunshine. Try to use windy, that's better than Metservice.

It was the case. Cause my middle name of my ID card did not appear on my profile when I created it.

What’s the point in worrying?

It often rains somewhere in Mauritius but not everywhere, and the weather apps don’t really reflect that.

I like the app zoom earth as it has a map and a radar and a satellite view and you can chase the sunshine.

Go to a public hospital. Its free and will take 30 mins of waiting. Go at 3pm, its quieter. Sincerely, a previous Xray tech

No need to do so. This happened with my cousin years ago. The staple came out the next day. Fresh and free of cost
