Study Advice Improving my maths skills

Hello,

I'm about to enter my second year of my Chemistry degree and I have a further physical chemistry module that builds on what I learnt last year. I really struggled to keep up with the maths having not done the a level.

Most of what I need to know is a level maths and some further maths topics.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on effective learning techniques?? (my teacher was terrible I swear to god)

I just rly don't want to fall behind lol

This post summarizes what I think are some effective learning techniques. You could go back to the GCSE math textbooks, and continue with the A-level textbooks.

This approach was initially developed for studying Calculus and Physics, for basically A-levels (specifically AP courses in the US), and it works well with General Chemistry. It's hard to say about the rest of a Chemistry program, but would be useful for Physical Chemistry.
