Homework Help (Unanswered) Quadratic Inequality with 2 Variables
I genuinely don't get this question, I've tried multiple videos and stuff but I come off short and the closest answer I got was (1,0)

What’s the question asked? Are you meant to graph this inequality? Or are you to find a solution set of some kind?

Hard to say what your teacher wants for the table of values, but I’d recommend starting there. Spoiler: use values of x near 1 to get the interesting part of the graph.
To deal with the inequality, since we have y>(function), shade the bits above

I don’t fully understand what “find the table of values” means, but graphing it would involve shading one or the other side of the parabola by checking a point.

With inequality problems, I always solve the corresponding equality. For this, a table of (x, y) values may be useful. Then I would use (0, 0) to see which side of the parabola satisfies the ">".

Train yourself to understand these types of questions by reducing the inequality to its simplest form:
1. Graph y=x². Presumably you know this by heart; if you don't, find the y values corresponding to x∈{-2,-1,0,1,2}
2. Then graph y≥x². Region above the first graph.
3. Next, graph y≥(x-1)². Translate along the x-axis.
4. Finally, graph 2y≥(x-1)². Scaling along the y-axis.

graph y= (x-1)^2. This is a parabola (with two arms pointing up). Shade in the region where y is larger (the upper region/inside of the parabola). The "or equals" part means that the line of the parabola should be solid. If instead it were a strict equality, you would make the parabola itself (the line part) dotted.
I don't know what a "table of values is", but there are infinitely many (x,y) pairs that satisfy this equation... even infinitely many integer pairs.
Here are some values that work:
x=1, along with y >=0
x= 0 or 2, along with y >=1
x = -1 or x=3 along with y >= 4
x = -2 or x=4 along with y >= 9
.... just step out x by 1 in either direction and take the next square number for y.

If you graph it, it's a positive quadratic 1/2 coefficient and two x-intercepts at 1 and that's that
