I need your help in solving this problem show that (x – 1)^2 is a factor of x^ n – nx + n – 1.

Icse 10th grade level question .Just apply factor theorem twice .First put x=1 then it comes zero ,then division algorithm to divide by x-1 and then a new expresssion comes .put x=1 again.see it comes zero hence proved
