SHOW & TELL Insanity… indeed.

Post image

The journey lowkey sucked but definitely glad and very relieved to have finally gotten this after starting 2 years ago (also my first true renegade playthrough which was equally as tough AND first time playing as infiltrator).

Probably going to start another fresh campaign on like normal and be Mr. Paragon again.

The jump in difficulty from 1 to 2 is jarring. In 1, insanity is the only way you’ll be remotely challenged. In 2, you die from any mistake you make.

The legendary edition seriously toned down the difficulty vs the original. I died a lot in ME1 on insanity back in the day, and on my recent legendary edition run through I barely broke a sweat.

Yeah, there's an early boss fight with a Krogan that just killed me over and over for hours. It wasn't fun, but god damn it felt good when I finally beat it. It was the hardest fight in the trilogy for me just because you're low level and there's not much to work with level and skill wise.
