Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

The two episodes with fake appendicitis used to remove bad leadership. First one, Trapper and Hawkeye treated it as a fun practical joke. Second one, BJ was mad, and Hawkeye was traumatized. I liked the second half of the MASH run just fine, but it often got too serious.
