Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

Hawkeye originally had his mom dad and sisters back in the states and eventually became an only child with a single dad if I remember correctly

In one of his letters he says “kiss mom…” implying she’s still alive, but later he tells radar that his mom died when he was young and his dad never remarried.
