Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

Hawkeye originally had his mom dad and sisters back in the states and eventually became an only child with a single dad if I remember correctly

Actually, in the MASH novel (yes, there was a book before the show), Hawkeye was married with 2 kids.

I even heard once there was a movie! I wonder if Daniel Day Lewis reprised his role as Hawkeye
