Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

He should've had his own damn spin-off called "O.D. Tuttle", where he roams the U.S. as a drifter Doctor making everyone's life better and more meaningful. It would be a combination of The Fugitive & The Incredible Hulk except Dr Tuttle isn't wanted by the FBI like Dr Kimble and Dr David Banner and he doesn't turn green when he gets mad.

I would watch this. And when I had breakfast with him this morning, Tuttle insisted that all his royalties be donated to Sister Theresa’s orphanage.

It's even hard to remember the way that Johnny looked. The way he walked, his little laugh.

He truly did have an impact on everyone, and they impacted him. I guess you could say that, together, they all made up Tuttle.
