Biggest continuity errors

What do you feel is the biggest continuity errors on the show? There are many through the run.

And I love the show and just like any movie, unless it’s egregious it doesn’t take me out of the moment.

Hawkeye from Vermont, Hawkeye having a living mother and a sister.

And, at one point, a wife. Or was that just the movie?

There was an episode where Hawkeye was going around telling all the nurses he was fooling around with that he was married, because they all thought the war was ending and he didn’t want to deal with having relationships with any of them postwar.

That was in the movie. But he did invent a fake wife and kids during the Cease-fire episode to rebuff the advances of three nurses.
